Please note that participants are responsible for purchasing airfare to/from the Immersion destination and ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents such as but not limited to medical certifications, entry visa(s), transit visa(s) and a valid passport in order to travel. Please ensure that you have all necessary travel documents for all countries visited throughout your flight itinerary.
Health & Dietary
NYU will communicate dietary restrictions to all necessary partner institutions. Please be aware that not all partners may not be equipped to accommodate all requests. We ask that program participants conduct research on their own to learn about the destination's food options and independently arrange their own meals when necessary.
